Building access
Access badge
Along with the key to the apartment, you should have received an access badge like the one below that will give you access to the building, either from the front door or the back door (parking).
Parking access
Parking
You can use parking space 10, located behind the building. It's the second place from the left, on the side of the parking next to the door to access the building (the spot is in front of the door itself).
It can be accessed from the street by the automatic barrier gate located to the right side of the main entrance of the building, at ground level (not the underground parking).
The gate can be opened with the remote control provided if you requested access to parking. Use the button with four dots as indicated below.

Media
TV
The TV is a LG 43UN7000 smart television. The manual is available below:

Freebox Media Player
The media player is a Freebox Delta with a Freebox Pop Player, running Android TV.
It gives access to the French TV channels and several others. Full list available here:
Note that the channels marked in white in the PDF list above are available, with the addition of the TV by Canal channels (grey lines with one or two dots).
Netflix
Both the TV and the Freebox have a Netflix account pre-configured. Please use the Guest Irvoy or Guest Irvoy Kids accounts.
We also ask you to not logout of the Netflix accounts so guests visiting after you can also enjoy it.
Other equipment
Heating
There 4 heaters located at the each bedroom, close to the sofa and in the end access corridor. They're operating in basic mode, where the only setting needed is the desired temperature that can be set with the arrows. The manual is available below:
Water heater
The water heater is an Atlantic Lineo Water heater.
It displays a rough indication of how many showers are available (up to 4 at a time).
If additional showers are needed quickly, press the "Boost" button (
) and the heater will accelerate the heating.

Tower warmer
The towel warmer is an Atlantic Serenis. You can set the preferred temperature and it will heat the bathroom.
Additionally the boost button (
) will accelerate the heating by blowing hot air.
The towel drying mode button (
) will increase the temperature of the drying surfaces.

Washer-dryer
The combined washer/dryer is a LG F742J71WRS washer-dryer. The manual is available below:
Dimmable lights
The lights of the main living space/kitchen and of the bedrooms are dimmable. The bedrooms have a rotary dimmer:
- You switch the connected lamps on and off by pressing the rotary knob once.
- By turning the rotary knob, you dim the lamps brighter or darker.
- A short press switches the lights on or off.
- A long press dims the lights up or down.
Roller shutters
The roller shutters are remote controlled. There are four remotes like the one below around the apartment, each one of them controlling the shutter close by.

buttons move the shutter in the same direction and the center button (
) stops the movement.
Garbage disposal
The garbage disposal containers are located in the ground floor, in the first door to the left from the door that gives access to the stairs or the last one to the left when coming out of the elevator.
The green bin is for recyclable containers in paper, plastic and metal.
The grey ones are for other household disposal items, with the exception of glass.
Glass should be taken to special containers located on the street. The nearest ones are indicated in the map below by the green icons (
).
